We were established in 2017 and located in the Orlando area. Our service area includes Orlando, Tampa, Melbourne, Ocala, Daytona Beach, and Jacksonville.
Our crews are qualified to work on all types of commercial roofs from single ply (TPO, PVC, KEE) to modified bitumen and built-up roof systems to metal roofing. We have experience with all the major roof system manufacturers. York Roofing also has a experienced service department with fast response to emergency leak requests.
Tom York – President
Tom York has over 20-years of experience in commercial roofing throughout Florida. Tom is a licensed roofing contractor in Florida and a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.S. in Business Administration and MBA).
Tom has worked in many roles in the roofing industry. Starting in the Service Department and eventually moving up to Estimating and Project Management. His experience includes working for smaller roofing companies and for one of the largest roofing companies in the country.
